This is us at the Wyoming game after Thanksgiving in Logan UT. Laura turned 17 that following monday. Preston turned 10 back in October and Parley becomes a teenager on New Years Day. We have had a very busy but wonderful year. Merry Christmas to everyone and Happy New Year.
I've enjoyed a full week of Jury duty, this is this guys 2nd costume of the week. So he is getting a contempt of court ticket now. I hope they stick him for a few hundred bucks. He'll surely be thrown out of any of the court rooms if he is selected on a panel.

Margee and I are a little sore this morning after our hike out to the end of the Dungeness Spit to see the Dungeness light house. 5.5 miles out there wasn't too bad but the tide came in faster than we expected which made our return 5.5 miles lots of fun on rocks and logs as the nice wet flat sand was underwater.
We went from star to star here in my map. A fun day in a beautiful place.
They are dying and full of raccoons. I'm just hoping the workers and the raccoons get along today with the eviction.
Just got into my new digs with a window. This is west facing towards Seattle and the Olympics. This is the sunny day view which will be great in the Summer. The winter view won't be picture worthy as it will be the inside of a cloud. Up here on the 15th floor is all I'll get from November through March.
I got a 2003 jetta wagon yesterday. It is in great shape and fun to drive. I'll add a picture to this later today. Laura will be sending you pictures I'm sure. Please let me know how many times she refers to it as her car.....
Lauras arthritis appears to be in remission. We had a fun afternoon on the beach after her appointment. Monster Viking doughnuts are delicious but will kill you eventually and some Italian dinner. Then some used car shopping made for a fun night.
Our test drive of a 93 Subaru was hilarious, we didn't even get out of the dealership parking lot, literally. The car died and blocked the entrance to their lot and they couldn't get it started. Laura was happy cause she didn't the like the car, (like this matters:) while I was excited about my new extreme low ball offer.
I guess this runs in the family.....
Last week Parley got his sights set on a go cart, and started making plans to earn the money. So this morning he left the house with a lawn Mower and a rake and started through the neighborhood looking for lawns to mow. He barely mentioned his plan to Margee and I. By the time I got out there to check on him he was already mowing his first lawn. Sure proud of his entrepreneurial initiative.
You take down your Christmas lights from December 2011 in January of 2013. Glad I finally got that job done......
